RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS 

1- In original packaging condition.

2- Products are damaged before opening the package (evidence and proofs are required).

3- Doesn't match the description and pictures.

4- All returns and exchange are subject to manager approval and 30% restocking fee, plus shipping fee to our main warehouse, as listed.

5- To cancel your order before it's shipped please email us us at eliterailingsus@gmail.com, there will be no fee or deduction.
